Refund Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This includes products returned due to change of mind, skin purging, or incorrect selection.
Atelier 21 will cover return shipping for approved damaged/faulty items. We are not responsible for lost return parcels without valid tracking or proof of postage.
We do not refund original shipping fees or cover return shipping on non-faulty items.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
However, if you experience an allergic reaction within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@ateliertwentyone.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Photos may be requested.
DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
