Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. This includes products returned due to change of mind, skin purging, or incorrect selection.

However, if you experience an allergic reaction within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@ateliertwentyone.com with your order number and a brief description of your experience. Photos may be requested.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

Atelier 21 will cover return shipping for approved damaged/faulty items. We are not responsible for lost return parcels without valid tracking or proof of postage.

We do not refund original shipping fees or cover return shipping on non-faulty items.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include tracked delivery.

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Processing time: 2–4 working days
Delivery time (UK): 3–5 working days after dispatch

During busier periods, such as launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can follow up with the courier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once dispatched. If you made a mistake or need to amend your address, email us at hello@ateliertwentyone.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to make changes before your order is processed.
